Katy E. Ellis studied writing at the University of Victoria and at Western Washington University. She is the author of two chapbooks Urban Animal Expeditions (dancing girl press) and Gravity (Yellow Flag Press)-a single poem which was nominated for a Pushcart Prize-and her poetry and fiction has appeared in many literary journals in the U.S. and in Canada.
