Rise Up Review
Julianna McCarthy lives on the side of a mountain in California's Los Podres National Forest. She is a Schieble Sonnet Prize winner, a Pushcart Prize Nominee, and a Los Angeles Emerging Poet. Her poems have appeared in The Antioch Review, The Boxcar Poetry Review, Best Poem, The Tidal Basin Review, American Journal of Poetry and Nimrod. She holds an MFA from New England College. Her chapbook Everything Hurts was published in August by Latitude34 Press.
