Dotty LeMieux has been writing poetry and prose on and off for 40 years, been published sporadically in small press journals, such as Hanging Loose and Painted Bride, and has had three chapbooks published. She edited the Turkey Buzzard Review in Bolinas, California and has studied with Edith Jenkins in Berkeley, Joanne Kyger through the New College of California Poetics Program and currently with Thomas Centolella of San Francisco. At her day job she practices law and manages campaigns for progressive candidates in Northern California. She is working on a memoir of resistance and redemption in the 60’s and 70’s.
